Refund Policy

At The Meals Machine by Meals on Me, all products are freshly prepared, chilled, and stocked in our smart vending machines for immediate consumption. Due to the nature of fresh food, all sales made through The Meals Machine are final.

No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been dispensed from the machine.

Product Issues

  • If you experience a product dispensing failure, an incorrect product being dispensed, or a product quality concern, please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase with the date, time, machine location and proof of purchase.
  • Valid claims will be reviewed and may be resolved through a replacement or credit at our discretion. Any approved refund or credit will be issued to the original payment method.
